Jones is a skilled combo guard who has a foundation of skills that will help him at the next level but nothing elite at the moment. He is a high IQ playmaker, who more often than not makes the correct read. Has to improve his shooting overall. He isn't great at creating shots for himself off the bounce and I don't expect him to be a good one in the league. He is an average C&S player and has to improve to make a real impact on the game.  Rebounding numbers show promise from the guard position. Average defender as well who is able to fit in and do his role for his team defensively. He can be a solid 3&D player once he becomes more consistent on his perimeter defense and his 3 point shot. Also setting him screens on offense and giving him the opportunity to make plays for his teammates will maximize the best skills.
