He has good size and plays with a physicality and aggressive, which allows him to impose his well on defenders at times. Bailey is a willing passer that uses his ability to get down hill and into the paint to set up his teammates in the half-court or in transition. He finishes well in the with with contact, due to his explosiveness and overall strength. He's a lefty with good shooting mechanics but needs to become more consistant from behind the 3pt line. He has ridiculously quick hands and feet which make him an good defender on the ball or playing the passing lanes. Bailey should continue to improve his handles, outside shooting, and finishing with his right hand.
