Summary
JJ is a 6’4 combo guard who has natural scoring instincts. He has the ability to create off the dribble and get to the basket, shoot it from the 3pt line and finish in the mid-range. The ability to break his defender down and get anywhere on the court is very impressive, he has a nice finishing package in the lane into the lane finishing with runners, floaters and soft touch around the rim. He must improve as a passser and decision maker, takes bad shots and forces passes into windows that are not there. He also needs to improves his defensive engagement.

Was active in transition, filling the lanes and finishing at the rim. Competed on the defensive end, switching on ball screeen and playing the passig lanes.

Shot the ball well off the dribble from the mid-range, using a 1 dribble pull-up. Got out in transition for easy attempts at the rim. Did a good job of setting up is teammates on drive and drop/kicks. Got after it on the defensive end, moving his feet on the perimeter and mixing it up on the interior with the big.
