Strengths
Holland is super athletic and makes game changing plays at the rim on both ends, his ability to use his length on both ends are major. When his motor is high Holland looks the part of an NBA Star. I think he can be a super special player he has all the intangibles to be a solid wing with room to grow. Nice frame. Good defensive player.

Weaknesses
For Holland to be the threat on the wing he needs to be, he has to improve his ball handling and work on making the right plays with the ball in his hand.

Summary
Holland plays on emotion, if he doesn’t allow his emotion to
overcome his talent, he has all the makings of a Kawhi Leonard type of guy,
offensive and defensive, his ability to play both forward spots makes is usage
very high.
