On The Radar Round Up

On The Radar Hoops was started in 2010 by Shun Williams and has emerged as one of the country's premier grassroots basketball exposure events. Shun and his staff have brought together players and programs from around the country and allowed them to be showcased. Elite 32, Super 6 Showcase, Power 24, and Summer Finale took place this summer. While Shun has the major shoe company teams attending his events, Shun’s knack for providing top independent teams a platform is unbelievable. Check out the BTLHoops team as we break down some of the top teams and players from Independent, UAA, Adidas, and Eybl programs that competed at On The Radar events this summer………

’23 Sami Pissis 6’3 Middle Georgia Prep (GA)

Gets in the lane and makes the right plays with the ball, tough strong guard


’23 Jaden Harris 6’4 Norcross (Prep School)

Showed the ability to run a team, nice strong body, had some very tough finishes


’22 Malique Ewin 6’10 Berkmar (GA)

Big Man can score from inside or out, showed the ability to handle the ball


’22 Jamar Franklin 6’3 Rockledge (FL)

Nice Size scoring guard, that can score multiple levels.


’22 Domonik Henderson 6’3 Monroe (GA)

Finishing guard, that can defend and score off the bounce


’23 AJ White 5’10 Piney Wood (MS)

Tough, Spark plug guard that score, and can shoot the ball


’22 Noah Clowney 6’10 Dorman (SC)

Inside, outside face up big, excels on finishing plays, very tough rebounder.


’22 Brandon “B-Roc” Rechsteiner 6’1 Etowah (GA)

Good handle, mid range shooter, good basketball instincts

Efficient Scorer, who makes tough plays, high motor, and defender

Skilled wing, scorer and shooter, high motor

Ultra athletic, mid range and ability to finish above crowds, defender


’22 Jakobe Strozier 6’4 Drew Charter (GA)

Bouncy guard, with nice size, can scorer on drives or jumper and can play either guard spot.

Big Man, who can step out on the perimeter and make 15+ footer, touch around the rim


’22 Trent Scott 6’4 Alonso (FL)

Shifty guard, who locks in on defense, translate defense to offense can knock down 3 ball, has good poise.


’22 Micah Bell 6’4 Chapel Hill (GA)

High Motor, transition player, that excels on finishing plays, and highly bouncy


’22 Anthony Arrington 6’3 Galloway (GA)

Combo guard, nice one dribble steady player, can get to the basket


’22 Jayden Williams 6’5 Windermere Prep

Uses length to play both ends of the floor, can shoot the 3 ball, Nice slasher

Nice in between game, and can shoot the 3 ball

Great passer, commanding PG, who can get to the basket when he wants to

’22 Gaddis Heath 6’4 Westlake

Versatile scoring guard, that can score off the bounce, has the ability to catch and shoot


’23 Edgerrin James 6’1 Olympia (FL)

Tough physical guard, can get down hill and score on hard drives

Defense changing big who blocks shots, and rebounds well


’22 Brice Sensabaugh 6’6 Lake Highland

Heavy Body, that creates space and scores inside/out, good handle


’22 Izaiyah Nelson 6’8 Marietta

Rim running finisher, shot blocking big, with a little offense


’22 Kami Young 6’1 Pebblebrook

Physical guard, who played wit ton of confidence, and shot it well

Big Man, nice touch, shot changer in the paint, doesn’t shy away from contact.

Athletic, skilled young wing, plays on the rim, and can bury jumpers from anywhere


’22 Devin Story 6’3 Evans

Nice combo scoring guard, who makes the right play with a High IQ


Thomas Allard 6’7 North Gwinnett

Long wing shooter, who can stretch the floor with his shot


Jalani Reynolds 6’6 Marietta

Versatile wing, can play multiple spots, scores wells from outside, or inside, good handles, and bouncy
