Summary
Dillon Hunter is a long and mature point guard. He plays beyond his years. His ability to control the tempo and pace of the game is impeccable. Hunter's ball-handling ability allows him to keep his defender off-balance. With his basketball IQ and awareness, Hunter has a knack for making great reads along with great passes. He is a point guard that makes all of his teammates better. Sometimes, Dillon can get carried away with dribbling too much but his main weakness is his jump shot. He needs to become more consistent with knocking down shots. His ability to finish around the rim makes defenders sag off, expanding his range can help make him an unpredictable offensive threat. His strength is subpar but he has plenty of time to get stronger. Overall, Dillon is a great point guard, he needs to grow in becoming a vocal leader being a point guard but he does lead by example.

Notes
Georgia Elite 8 Tip-Off - Powder Springs, GA - 11/10/2018
Dillon, has a very good feel for the game, he seems to be much more mature than the typical freshman HS basketball player. He plays with good pace and solid control while looking to set up teammates for open shots. I was very impressed with his ability to be vocal on the court, orchestrating the offense and putting his team in the correct spots. He also has great length to effect passing lanes and be an overall disrupter on the defensive end of the floor. He has a good understanding when plays breakdown to get to his spots and make something happen. Dillon has the skill, size, length and composure to become an elite PG in his class moving forward.
Underclassmen All-American - Norcross, GA - 3/31/2019
Heady PG that works well in the PnR adjust solid all around player. Can make plays for himself and teammates.
USA Basketball - Minneapolis, MN - 7/26-28/2019
Long arm point guard that is crafty off the dribble. He plays mature beyond his years and is very vocal on both sides of the ball.
USA Basketball - Colorado Springs, CO - 10/11-13/2019
Knocking down the 3 ball with consistency, very aggressive off the dribble getting to the rim. Displayed some much improved athletic ability.
Georgia Elite 8 Tip-Off Classic - Powder Springs, GA - 11/9/2019
Shifty off the dribble. Getting into the lane and finding teammates. His body is changing and you can see he's getting stronger and his athleticism is improving as well.
