Summary
A.J. has good size & strength and plays with a great change of pace. He does a good job of finding teammates while also picking his spots to score. He is shifty off the bounce, finding his way to the basket, and finishing through contact in the lane. He has a nice touch from the mid-range but doesn't look to shoot it enough. He lacks lateral quickness to defend the perimeter effectively, howver he can switch on bigs and hold his own for a dribble or two. He also needs to tone his body up a bit as he still carries a little extra baby fat.

Nike EYBL - Emerson, GA - 4/27/2019
A little on the heavy side but uses his size well. He knows how to get guys on his hip and creates space for himself. Footwork is exceptional, crafty off the dribble and has soft touch.
NBPA Top 100 - Charlottesville, VA - 6/11-16/2019
Good handle to get to where he wants to on the court. He can finish in the lane with contact due to his big body frame and is quicker than he looks.
Chick-Fil-A Classic - Columbia, SC - 12/19-21/2019
Day 1 - Using his size to create space and get into the lane & finish at the rim. Finding teammates on backdoor cuts for easy layups. More athletic than he looks. Dropping dimes to his teammates at every turn. High IQ, seems to always make the right decision.
Day 2 - Went coast to coast with a nice in and out lefty finish at the rim. Crafty getting to rim and finishing with contact.
