Strengths

Plays with toughness and is very physical. Bangs on the boards with the best of them. Has good hands and finishes well at the rim.

Knocking down mid-range jumpers consistently. Plays a bit stiff. Has to develop his footwork and low post moves.

Summary

Duren is a forward that plays with an edge. He plays with both, toughness and physically which is rare nowadays. He likes to bang on the boards for rebounds and helping his team gain second chance opportunities. Duress can get off the ground and put down alley-oops and catches every pass that comes his way. On the opposite side of the court, he never gives up on plays, you'll see him blocking shots and altering shots from guards. Some of his weaknesses come on the offensive side. He likes to operate in the low post majority of the time, but he has to develop his footwork and low post moves. He has the ability to step out, but he has to knock down jumpers consistently.

Fouled on lob attempt, 2-2. Swats putback shot attempt out of bounds. Nice escape dribble from the elbow, finishes with scoop layup on the R side. Goes straight up chest to chest for the block. Catches a putback dunk on the L side. On ball steal, pushed in transition finishes with a two-hand dunk. Cuts straight down the lane for a drop-off dunk. Makes a face-up mid-range jumper from the R wing. Off reb put back dunk.
