Lander is a left-handed point guard who has the ball on a string. Off the dribble, there are few that can stay in front of him, but he has no problem pulling up with a hand in his face. He has a smooth stroke from the perimeter and shoots it off the dribble or on the catch. Lander likes to play off the PnR action, however, I would like to see I'm a bit more relaxed when coming off the bigs shoulder. He has a great change of speed and direction and uses it well to get to the basket, but he can do better at finishing with his off-hand. I would also like to see him make plays to create for teammates. Overall he has the complete package and it shows why he is the best point guard in his class.
